Motor Vehicle Accident (GSA, NOAA)
If an employee is involved in a motor vehicle accident, immediately call the local authority i.e. Police, Highway Patrol or Sheriff's Department.

Also, several governemt forms should be filled out. This section only refers to vehicle damage. Injuries and other claim forms may need to be completed.
